Group Classes

We offer a variety of group classes and workshops for women and men with varying experience levels.

Vinyasa

Vinyasa style is a creative form of yoga where poses are linked together with the breath in a flowing sequence. The beauty of Vinyasa yoga is the variety. There is not standard sequence, and the style, pace, and intensity can vary.

Hatha

Hatha style is a slower practice where you hold poses for longer than you would in a flow-style yoga class. It is a great practice for beginners and for people who want a more gentle activity that can help reduce stress and create mind-body awareness.

Restorative

Appropriate for all levels, restorative yoga is a slow-paced yoga practice that focuses on relaxation and stillness, rather than stretching and strengthening. It involves holding gentle poses for extended periods of time, often with the help of props like blankets, bolsters, blocks, or straps. The goal is to achieve physical, mental, and emotional relaxation without strain or pain.

  • Single Session: $12.00/class

  • 5 Class Pass: $55.00/month

  • All-Access Pass: $100/month (attend unlimited class sessions and unlock special discounts on workshops and events)
